Claim letter


Claim letter is a letter that sended by the customer to a company in order to indentify the problem with a product or service. It is also commonly used as the first step in the legal process of a personal injury claim and used to notify someone of incomplete or unsatisfactory work on a specific project, or more formally a breach of contract. Those kind of claim letter used as the first step in the legal action.

How to make claim letter:

  1. .     Tell the truth what already happen – make false claim is not only harmed and waste other people time but also it could make you get penalties under the law.
  2.       Tell the spesific claim.
  3.      .  Be firm but courteous
  4.       Sign your letter to attest to its truthfulness.

Dear Mss. Erlina,
It has come to our attention that you have not completed your  job to make 5 draws of muslimah fashion design. You were hired for on November 14th, 2016 as an our company’s Fashion Designer  and agree to finish it for 2 weeks. You have failed to finish all of it for 2 weeks and it has been 1 month but you do not even finish it yet.
We are so disappointed that you could not hold up your end of the contract that we signed
We hope that you can either:
a.      Back to work and finish all of your job for 1 week
b.      Pay out the harm that you have made for not complete your job
Please respond as soon as possible with the action you are going to take to remedy this situation.

Depends on the term of the contract that goods I receive could be replaced to the new one with the right and good quality. As the contract, I am entitled to have the item replaced .
I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the handphone to be collected or that you wish me to return this and that you will reimburse me for the cost of returning the Handphone and arranging adequate insurance.
